2003 Trade Show
From May 2 to 4, the Reflexology Association of Canada will be hosting our 2003 Annual Conference at the Sheraton Winnipeg Hotel. As part of this event, we would like you to consider participating as an exhibitor in the Trade Show.
The Trade Show will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4. This portion of our conference is our opportunity to showcase complementary healthcare entrepreneurs and suppliers. The cost to participate for this two-day period will be $250.00 plus GST. Included in this price is:
- a fully skirted table;
- two chairs;
- admission to one conference workshop on each day you exhibit;
- access to the over 200 delegates from across Canada who are looking for new ideas, products and services for their practices; and
an opportunity to network with like-minded entrepreneurs from around Manitoba and across Canada.
Also included in this fee are the following:
- Insertion of one (1) promotional item into each delegates' registration bag.
- A single direct mail to all registered attendees of the 2003 Annual Conference.
- Lunch and both coffee breaks on both May 3rd and 4th.
- One (1) 1/4-page advertisement in one of the Reflexology Association of Canada's publications during the 2003 - 2004 fiscal year.
- An exclusive opportunity to attach your corporate name to an educational session during the conference.
